Technology:

Wet process is the liquid hydrocarbon and polyolefin resin mixing and heating to form a homogeneous mixture, cooling for phase separation and compression of the film, and then the film heated to the melting point of the bidirectional stretching, with volatile substances to elute the residual solvents can be prepared to interconnected microporous membrane.
Coating technology is also an important means to enhance the performance of the diaphragm, by coating a layer of inorganic or organic materials on the surface of the diaphragm, can improve the thermal stability and ionic conductivity of the diaphragm.
